He has a cumulative experience in orthopaedic surgery of almost 18 years. He was working in orthopaedic surgery even prior to his post-graduation. He has had the opportunity to hone his clinical knowledge and skills while working with many senior orthopaedic consultants of Kolkata in some of the best hospitals in the city. He has had extensive exposure to sports medicine and arthroscopy as well as trauma and arthroplasty, including revision scenarios. He has experience of several orthopaedic operative procedures including arthroplasty including revision scenarios, complex trauma surgery including minimally invasive procedures, arthroscopic and sports injury surgery etc, along with experience in management of emergency and operative facilities. His area of interest includes sports medicine and arthroscopy, joint preservation surgery and hand surgery.
